Refund policy

Thank you for choosing the Pure Löyly outdoor sauna from National Pool & Co.  In Kitchener-Waterloo Canada.  We pride ourselves on delivering the best possibly quality product, designed to work in even the harshest climates.  A standard return window of 30 days.  

However, if you are unsatisfied with the work or the craftsmanship, we are always ready to help.  Please call (226) 366-7727 or email info@californiaspas.ca before initiating a return or refund claim.  

Our work is guaranteed, but since this is a hand-built product using natural materials (wood) there can be some issues related to this. 

If a refund / return is requested, it must be approved first from our company.  All necessary attempts to fix/rectify the issue have to be exhausted.  

Due to the nature an time invested into each complete sauna, please be aware the following requirements will need to be met in order to approve a refund/return.   

1. The entire product must shipped back to us.  This includes all heaters, accessories, roofing, flashing, etc... any missing pieces or components will be charged at full price as we will assume you are keeping the goods.  

2.   Cost of returns will be handled by customer and delivered from the point of origin to 40 Lancaster St. West in Kitchener ON.   N2H 4S9 

3. The product will require a full inspection prior to approving any refund

4.  25% restocking fee will be applied to any and all returns

5. Allow for 10-15 days to process any refunds.

6. Damages, including screw holes, cut outs, broken pieces/glass, cuts or trimming; will be deducted from return. 

We truly do our best to make sure any refunds and returns will never happen, but we understand if this is the only option for our customers.
