INSULATION is vital to your sauna 

The correct insulation in a sauna will lead to a better experience, a more efficient heating process and longer lasting sauna.  Foil insulation is widely used in saunas as it provides a radiant heat reflection back into the inside of the sauna, but it also provides a vapour barrier. 

Foil and reflective surfaces have been proven as an effective step to reflecting the heat away from the walls and back into the sauna. Foil is also used to prevent the moisture from penetrating through to the outside walls of the sauna and into the framing.
